I love this cafe, it's huge, comfortable and convenient. It's usually packed, yet somehow there's almost always somewhere to sit. Lots of outlets to charge your devices. I was disappointed during my recent visit to discover that ordering from a person is no longer an option. Instead, customers are now required to place orders through kiosks. I personally prefer interacting with a human over using technology, and it feels like the burden of the ordering process has been shifted to the customer. Imagine how challenging it could be for a family or group of several people to type out their order accurately and efficiently. Previously, you placed your order with a staff member, and it would be delivered directly to your table. Now, you have to pick up your order from the counter, which means leaving your table to retrieve it--a minor inconvenience, especially if you're alone. You've got to either take your personal belongings with you and risk losing your table, or leave something behind to indicate the table is taken and hope it's still there when you return. During my visit I overheard several customers expressing confusion about the new system, complaints about how chaotic it feels, and an overall sense of disappointment. This change seems to detract from the welcoming and customer-friendly experience that made this café so special.

Mr west cafe is honest lee such a vibe! The foods and dranks are very good and I love the aesthetic. I didn't give a full 5 stars bc tbh I was craving a crispy chicken sandwich but they didn't have it on the menu sksks. It's Ogey tho I got a grilled bheese instead and although my bread was a wittle burnt it was still quite delectable! The staffs are very kind and service is great. It's a good place to grab sum drinks or have a meal or even jus study at while slurping on some matcha teas!

I go to study spot around u district!! This place has so much to offer and such a good variety of food options. I usually get their Turkish eggs but since I came during happy hour this time I got their white bean hummus with pita! I love the addition of chilly crisp oil on top! They give so much hummus that u couldn't finish it and wished I got the leftovers to go. They also have a lot of outlets here so it's great for studying. They also have great service here consistently. All the staff are super sweet!

I love the grilled cheese and other sandwiches. The coffee is really good and worth the price. I love sitting here on a rainy day with my coffee and work. They have a bar you are also welcome to sit at for more direct service, otherwise the walk up order area is perfect. It's very modern and cozy, definitely recommend

FOOD: The shakshouka was amazing! Just enough food to fuel my morning. The pita bread that comes as the side is lightly drizzled with olive oil and still soft. The dish came out extremely hot so beware. AMBIANCE: The cafe is a wonderful place to get work done or catch up with a friend. You'll find people doing a mix of both. There's bar seating available for those that want to have a boozy breakfast/brunch. 10/10 recommend that those visiting the area stop here
